When BHI started.
Licensed by the Contractors State License Board since 1997, under the same owner.
BHI's license, number 738313, was first issued in 1997 to Behnam (Ben) Tabrizi as its qualifier, and moved to the corporation, B H I Builders Inc., on September 29, 2000. Ben qualifies it to this day, and the work has run from pools and outdoor rooms to additions, custom homes and, most of all now, ADUs.
